This year we will be offering 6 weeks of Summer Camp at $200 per week, with a repeat week and sibling discount of $25. Sign up for all 6 weeks for $1000, and get a free week! Camp will be Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 4:30, drop off begins at 8:00 am and all campers must be here by 9:30. Pick up begins at 4:30 and lasts until 5:30. Early Drop Off after 7:30 am or Late Pick Up by 6:00 pm is available for an additional charge of $50 per week. Each week will end with a closing ceremony and awards, youth talent showcase, and an optional family camp out on Friday.

Each week campers will explore the weekly theme and additionally get to experience Fishing, Archery, Canoeing, Ropes Course, and Creative Expression while we enforce teamwork and trust, problem solving, and the core routines of nature connection. The Seguin Outdoor Learning Center will provide snacks and water refilling stations, but each camper must bring a small backpack, sack lunch, and a water bottle.

Week One: June 10-14 Leading the Way! Fun fanatics and obstacle overcomers, join the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center for a week of trust, teamwork and thrills as we work together to overcome challenges, solve problems and expand our comfort zones! Using trust, team building and communication we will work our way through more than 25 elements on our Ropes challenge course, from ground initiatives, to low and high elements. Get ready for adventure as we ascend to new heights!

Week Two: June 17-21 Into the Wild: If you were born to be wild, this week at the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center is for you! We'll be learning the art of wilderness safety and survival, including fire and shelter building, knife carving, cordage making, identifying edible and poisonous wild plants, water purification and much more.

Week Three: June 24-28 Eco-Explorers: Plants and parasites and predators, oh my! Put your science caps on and get ready to look high and low as we investigate the diverse habitats found at the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center! We'll be getting our hands dirty collecting samples and analyzing data to understand more about this amazing place we call home. From the muddy banks of Geronimo Creek to the grassy fields of flowers and grasses, discoveries await you!

Week Four: July 8-12 On Target: Calling all hunters and anglers! Spend a week at the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center honing your skills and learning new ones as we practice the arts of trapping, knife carving, target sports and fishing. All experience levels are welcome. Campers 5 and up can earn their Texas Parks and Wildlife Angler's Education and SOLC Knife Safety Certifications. Campers 9 and up can earn their Texas Parks and Wildlife Hunter's Education Certification.

Week Five: July 15-19 Texas Rocks! Are you intrigued by historys mysteries? Can you solve the case of the disappearing dinosaur footprints or identify 3,000-year-old bones? Do you want to learn more about what's in the ground on down? Join the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center for a week of suspects and surprises as we unearth clues about Texas' amazing past and learn more about the rocks, minerals and landforms that make up our great state.

Week Six: July 22-26 Drawn to Nature: Do you love to create? Join the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center for a week of exploration and creative expression as we use various artistic media to investigate and interpret our amazing world! Get ready to be inspired as stop motion animation, graphic art, ceramics and theatrical performances are just the beginning!
