General Information
We provide free health education and exercise programs, for chronic disease prevention and control, injury prevention, and new program/practice/policy change technical assistance. Our active living/exercise programs include the Walk TX and More 10-Week Challenge and active groups, and the 8-Week Yoga Beginner Series.
