A free, public event at Bradfield Park in Buda, Tx.

The City of Buda is hosting a free fishing event in conjunction with the Rainbow Trout stocking  at Bradfield Village Park. Angler Education and information stations will be set up with tips and tricks, and fishing regulations, live demonstrations of fishing and fly-fishing techniques led by TPWD Certified Volunteer Angler Education Instructors. 

Youth must be accompanied by adults at all times. All participants should bring their own fishing gear; participants age 17 and up must have a fishing license (purchase online or at an outdoor retail store near you.) 

Due to COVID-19, no loaner fishing gear will be available. All considerations will be taken to ensure the safety of participants and volunteers; education stations will be spread out to allow for physical distancing, and masks/face coverings is required for all in attendance.
