Are you looking for educational activities for your child on school holidays?  ANSC provides fun, safe and informative activities for children ages 8-11.  Programs begin at 8:00 AM and will keep your children having fun and learning until 5:00 PM.  Pack a lunch, a water bottle and two healthy snacks.  Participants should wear weather appropriate, comfortable clothes and shoes that can get dirty and damp.  Pre-registration Required!  See the Parent’s Guide to Camp for more details upon registration.

Get dirty Feburary 17th on an underground Advanced Caving adventure. Crawl through Maple Run Cave and learn about the unique system of limestone caves in Central Texas.  This trip includes many tight squeezes and is designed for young explorers with caving experience.

Venture into the wilds of Central Texas February 20th to Hike Reimer’s Ranch canyon.  Located on the Pedernales River, the ranch offers recreational opportunities ranging from bird watching to fishing.  Campers hike to discover the natural springs cutting into the soft limestone forming the canyon.  Towering cypress and water-loving ferns compose the scenery in this beautiful spot.
