Description:

Learn to share conservation with children: Professional Development for anyone who works with children

Project WILD invites you to explore and share the fascinating world of wildlife and ecosystems using fun, hands-on educational activities. You will  experience engaging TEKS-aligned activities while networking with other educators.

Workshop participants receive 6 hours TEA-approved CPE hours and the Project WILD K-12 guide.

Anyone who works with children, including teachers, homeschoolers, informal educators, and scout leaders are welcome.

This is a combined Advanced WILD and Basic WILD Workshop.

  • If you have recently attended a Project WILD workshop, especially one at Reicher Ranch, this will be new material - bring your book.
  • If this is your first Project WILD workshop (or first in a long time), you will receive a book and full introduction.

Workshop fees are generously covered by the City of Austin Wildlands Conservation
